Some plans and rentals need staff to confirm your information in person. Here is what to bring and when.
Some libraries ask staff to confirm information you gave when you signed up, like your name or a student ID. You do this in person: bring what the library asks for, and staff mark you as verified.
Verification only applies to rentals. You can always buy items.
When you choose a plan, a line under it names the answers staff need to check for that plan.
If staff already checked an answer, the line does not ask for it again.

Open Membership. A notice lists each answer staff still need to check, when it is needed, and what to bring.

If an answer must be checked before you reserve, your basket says which one. Visit the desk to be verified, then come back to check out.

In your profile, verified answers show Verified.
You can still change one. The change goes to staff for review, and your verified answer stays in use until they approve it.
