Free is a real, permanent plan, not a trial. You get every Patio feature, up to 50 inventory items, 250 marketing emails a month, and 1 location. No time limit. When your library outgrows those volumes, you upgrade. Nothing about the software gets unlocked, because you already had all of it.

No. Start on the Free plan with no card. You only add payment details when you choose to move up to a paid plan.

Yes. Every feature is on every plan, including Free. We are here to power the circular economy, not to gate the small efforts behind higher tiers. Plans differ only on volume: how much inventory you store, how many marketing emails you send, how many locations you run, and your transaction fee, which drops as you grow.

No surprises. Your plan price covers the platform. On top of that there is a transaction fee plus standard Stripe processing fees on payments you take, and two optional add-ons if you need them: extra marketing email packs and extra locations. Transactional emails like confirmations and reminders are always unlimited and free.

Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts) are always free and unlimited. Each plan also includes a monthly allowance of marketing emails. If you need to send more, add a pack, and packs stack: Pay as you go at $2.50 per 1,000 emails; +10,000 emails for $20/mo ($2.00 per 1,000); or +50,000 emails for $79/mo ($1.58 per 1,000). You only add a pack if and when you need it.

Yes. You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard, and upgrades take effect right away (mid-cycle, you only pay the difference). Downgrading is possible too. If you are above a lower plan's limits, for example more inventory items or locations than it allows, just reach out and our team will help you make the switch smoothly.
