You can put items to maintenance if they need to be repaired for instance.
To create a new maintenance ticket, click on Add ticket. Then, select the Inventory unit that you need to put to maintenance. You can then add details about the issues that the item is facing.
You also need to set a status, a priority and decide if the item is available while in maintenance. Once the maintenance ticket is closed, the item will be back to available.
Once created, you will be able to change the status from “Todo” to “In progress” and finally to “Done”.
You and your team will also be able to comment on the ticket.
